As Swoon continues to grow, we’re excited to welcome Josh Pomeranz as our new Vice President of Finance.
With experience spanning both finance and strategy, Josh brings a unique perspective on how finance can help organizations scale, make smarter decisions, and create long-term impact. Throughout his career, he’s built a reputation for turning complex data into clear insights and helping leadership teams connect financial performance to business strategy.

“I’m a proud dad to three boys – Isaac, Asher, and Shai, so life is never boring at home! I’m a die-hard Chicago sports fan (for better or worse), a lover of stand-up comedy, and I’m an aspiring golfer who is very much still aspiring.”
