Swoon’s New Senior Vice President of Canada and Strategy!
Big things are happening at Swoon! We’re so excited to welcome Natasha Thompson as our new Senior Vice President of Canada and Strategy!
With more than 10 years of experience in the staffing and solutions industry, Natasha has built her career around creating strong partnerships, growing high-performing teams, and helping clients navigate change. She brings a balance of energy, curiosity, and authenticity to everything she does – making her a natural fit for Swoon as we continue to grow.

What unique experiences or perspectives does she bring to this new role?
“I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients across North America, which has taught me how important it is to really understand each company’s unique goals, challenges, and priorities. I’ve always believed the best partnerships come from staying close to the customer, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust along the way. Whether it’s with clients or internal teams, I try to approach everything with a partnership-first mindset.
And candidly, I believe you can do all of that while keeping the energy high, having fun, and making the work actually enjoyable – because strong relationships and great results usually go hand in hand.”
What’s Natasha excited about?
“What excites me most is the opportunity to help continue growing Swoon’s presence across Canada alongside such a talented team. There’s already an incredible foundation in place, and I’m excited to build on that momentum together.
I’m looking forward to strengthening our client partnerships, expanding our reach across the market, and continuing to find new ways to support our clients as their needs evolve.”
Her excitement is shared by our leadership team:
Lori Miller, President, adds:
“From the moment we met Natasha, it was clear she brings the kind of leadership, energy, strategic thinking, and partnership mindset that aligns perfectly with where we’re headed. Growth sessions aren’t always glamorous, but it’s where strong teams and companies are formed. Natasha has already embraced our vision with transparency, optimism, and a collaborative mindset that makes me incredibly excited for what we’ll accomplish together.”
Welcome to the team, Natasha! We can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in your new role!
