We’re partnering with a higher education institution seeking a Canvas LMS Specialist to help refresh and improve an existing online course. This is a small, flexible project that’s ideal for someone who can work independently and fit the assignment around their existing commitments.

Details

• Location: Fully remote
• Pay: $35-$40/hr
• Duration: Approximately 30 hours spread over three weeks
• Opportunity: This initial project could lead to additional projects and ongoing freelance work supporting the team’s future LMS needs.

What You’ll Do

• Refresh and organize existing course materials to create a more streamlined, user-friendly learning experience.
• Replace outdated videos and incorporate updated video transcripts.
• Make revisions to quizzes, course sections, and other learning materials.
• Review the course to ensure everything is organized correctly and functioning as expected.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience working with Canvas LMS.
• Experience updating and maintaining existing online courses.
• Familiarity with embedding Wistia videos and adding transcripts.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
