Payroll & Benefits Specialist | Direct Hire | Farmers Branch, TX (Hybrid, Fridays remote)

Swoon is partnered with a well-established organization in the Dallas area that is looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to its team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across payroll, benefits, and HR operations while serving as a resource for employees and partnering with internal teams.

In this position, you'll oversee payroll accuracy, support benefits-related processes, maintain employee data, assist with reporting and audits, and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5+ years of experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or a similar function
• Experience managing payroll from start to finish, including multi-state processing
• Working knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, Paylocity, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with payroll taxes, wage and hour regulations, and payroll reconciliations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
